iDigBio, the National Science Foundation’s national coordinating center and resource for enabling and facilitating the digitization of biodiversity specimens, is teaming up with OBFS for a one-day field station digitization workshop.

The workshop is scheduled for 16 September 2015 and will be held at Rocky Mountain Biological Laboratory a day ahead of the OBFS annual meeting (17-20 September). Our target audience is biological field station staff, including directors, collections managers, and others who work with or have responsibility over field station biodiversity collections. iDigBio is underwriting the extra day’s lodging and food (the night of Tuesday, 9/15 and the day of Wednesday 9/16) so as to limit the cost for participants. There is no tuition fee.
