This information is relevant to students attending the 10-week program at RMBL

The following information is current for the 2018 Education Program.

Admission Forms
Student admission letters are generally emailed two weeks after your application is complete (financial aid forms, transcripts, and recommendations received). Advanced Independent Research/REU admission letters are mailed within two weeks of your acceptance to the program.

All accepted and confirmed students must submit their Student Forms and a deposit in the amount of $500 as soon as possible to secure your spot. Please send your check to:

Your deposit is refundable at the end of the summer or will be put toward your summer bill. Please email the Director of Finance and Operations at admin@rmbl.org with any questions. Students should arrive on Friday, June 8th, 2018 unless other dates are agreed upon with your mentor. The Program ends on August 16, 2018. Full-time Independent Research/REU students should contact their mentors to determine arrival and departure dates for the 10-week program. If you are having difficulty coordinating your arrival and departure dates with your mentor please contact the Science Director at sd@rmbl.org.

Checking In
Be sure to check-in at the Administration Office in the Willey Lab upon arrival. Go here to learn more about Checking in.  View the Gothic Town Map to get an understanding of how Gothic looks. Please note that parking space is VERY limited in Gothic. If you are not arriving through RMBL arranged transportation please contact the Operations Coordinator at office@rmbl.org  so we know when to expect you. If you will arrive after 5:00 pm we will need to provide you with information regarding your cabin.
