Thanks to a donation from the estate of Weldon and Rosalie Weekley, RMBL has converted the historic Vera A. Johnson Laboratory into a new Visitor's Center in Gothic. The Weldon and Rosalie Weekley Visitor's Center is a central point for visitors to RMBL and houses the exhibits that were once in the old museum above the Gothic Town Hall. With the help of the University of Colorado Museum of Natural History we have created additional exhibits, including an interactive intrepretive display. These interesting and educational interpretive exhibits help us share our unique history and mission and foster new relationships with the community and visitors. The Visitor's Center also houses the Gothic Store and has outdoor seating with picnic tables.
Visitor's Center Hours: Staffed daily from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., June 6 to September 30, 2013
FREE tours of the Gothic townsite and the Rocky Mountain Biological Laboratory will run daily at 11 a.m. from the Visitor's Center meeting point. Come and find out what makes Gothic such a special place!
