RMBL houses and curates 3 main Natural History Collections in the Natural History Building in Gothic

The RMBL Herbarium holds ca. 12,000 dried Vascular Plant, Lichen and Bryophyte specimens,

The RMBL Mammal Collection contains approximately 700 mammal skins, skulls and skeletons,

The RMBL Insect Collection contains ca. 12,000 pinned and alcohol-preserved specimens.

These collections are maintained for research, education and public outreach and all are accessible online via searchable Symbiota portals. Follow the links above to reach each collection’s database.
