Carol M. Johnson
With a law degree, Carol is the Executive Director of the Amherst Cinema Arts Center, an educational and cultural nonprofit organization devoted to first-run independent film and classic film repertory. Previously she worked for 30 years as a corporate lawyer and executive manager for the MassMutual Financial Group, a Fortune 100 company, where her areas of expertise included corporate finance, business acquisitions and dispositions, privacy law, and intellectual property law. She has served on other nonprofit boards and assisted them with substantial capital campaigns.
