- Housing spots will be assigned first come first serve. RMBL has about 30-40 housing spots available in Gothic;
- Festschrift registrants will be interspersed in housing with other scientists;
- Primitive Water means: Some dorms will not have water or outdoor spigots only and some low end cabins will have cold water inside the cabin;
- RMBL does not provide linens, please bring your own pillow and sleeping bag; Go here to see what to bring. A limited number of linen sets can be rented;
- Please see rmbl.org/eventhousing for more information on type of cabins;
- Bringing Family Members: We have some space available for spouses and will do our best to accommodate them. Accompanying Adults pay the same price as conference registrants. Children 17 Years or Younger are housed for free and must be accompanied by an non-participant adult. If you would like to sign up kids to stay in Gothic, please contact Samantha Siegfried, our Operations Coordinator at office@rmbl.org. We cannot guarantee that we have space available, but kids (17 or younger) stay for free with a non-participant parents;
- Pets are not allowed on campus;
- RMBL is a smoke-free campus, smoking on the Gothic Road only;
Other Rates:
- Gunnison – Gothic Shuttle on day of Arrival and Departure: $65.00 per person round trip
- Linen rentals: $50.00 per set (a limited amount is available)
- Parking fee: (if needed): $5.00 per day or $15 over the course of the event
- Cleaning fee: (if needed): $40.00 per hour
- Additional Meals: A family member staying offsite can purchase Dining Hall meals 24 hours in advance at the Gothic Visitor Center in person or by calling 970-349-7156 or by emailing store@rmbl.org. Individual meal costs are $11/person for breakfast, $14.50/person for lunch, and $16/person for dinner. Children pay half-price for meals.
